No, most of indicator panel lights are Light emitting diods LED or incandescent. Thanks for watching

Hi, well explained connection but the neutral words that were looped together, where were they connected to i.e. where did the black wire pointing towards the opposite direction go to?

Those panel lights are single phase. so each light connected to its own phase and Black is connected to the neutral point. making it 240v(here in Kenya) for each light..........op that helps.
