Lovely. I grabbed an MP3 of this talk and listened to it in the car on a long drive. Thank you for a wonderful and inspiring interview with the renowned master chef Jacques Pepin. I especially enjoyed his advice for young budding chefs. Yours in creativity and passion, Geoff Peters Vancouver Canada

His not answering questions is because no one calls him out on it. It sounds like he misheard some of the questions (his hearing's bad, he said it himself) or the presenter reworded someone's question incorrectly a few times. The audience unfortunately didn't try to push the questions but we still got good stories from whatever tangent he went off on. Guy has tons of experiences and it's always cool to get a glimpse of that.

Syggelekokle I don’t know. The guy asked does his daughter or granddaughter cook good, and then he said his wife. He did not lie, but he did not answer the question.

Note he didn't answer whether his daughter is a good cook that's because she dislikrs it no interest. What a shame
