A gigantic mechanism controlled by artificial intelligence that is designed to bring deceased Eternals back to life no matter how they die, even “massive molecular disintegration”as you stated. How this works is that the Machine collects and stores the memories of every Eternal. So if/when one of them dies, it gets to work creating a new body for them. After which, it “uploads” the memories of that deceased Eternal into said new body. Or to put it simply, the Eternals have a respawn point.

Flight, eye beam projection, super strength, I'm seeing Sentry more so then cyclops. Cyclops eyes are a portal to a alternate dimension with so much power in it that a simple opening creates a physical concussive blast, not even energy, more akin to ripples in water, sound, or air. His brother havoc as the same ability but through his skin on his arms, though the mcu version made it more his hips.

Tbh ima take a wait&see approach to The Eternals, careful to not judge until I've seen it for myself. I didn't think I'd like Guardians Of The Galaxy...until I watched it&did. Anything from Kevin Feige/Marvel deserves a chance. Just as I gave Captain Marvel a chance&ended up liking every thing about it with the exception of Brie Larson/Captain Marvel. What can I say? Marvel doesn't always get everything right striking out (with me at least) about 10% of the time. Where as the DCU only gets things right about 10% of the time Lol. Still if it's a comic adaptation, ima give it a chance but will be harsh in my criticisms&offer strong praise when an adaptation gets more right...than wrong. What do you think MW?

I think you're wrong about their powers. In the comics their powers came into being through their physiology, and the type of power they wielded. But in the movie they were created and given a type of energy, that they can manipulate based on whatever the celestial created them to do. I don't know if you noticed that scene, where a golden ball of energy flies into their body, I think that is the power they were given to manipulate. Because if you notice in the movie, every time they display their powers it's the same exact energy. The same golden looking energy that entered their body in that one scene. So it's going to be completely different from the comics for sure.

PLEASE cast the elder Eternals in a sequel or prequel: Zuras (ruler of Earth Olympian Eternals and father of Azura/Thena), A'Lars (ruler of Titanian Eternals and father of Thanos), and Valkin (ruler of Earth Polar Eternals, father of Druig and uncle of Ikaris). I'm for James Cosmo as Zuras, Charles Dance or Jonathan Pryce as A'Lars and Jim Carter as Valkin. Or a younger "Team Ireland": Liam Neeson as Zuras, Pierce Brosnan as A'Lars, and Brendan Gleeson as Valkin. An older line-up could be: Brian Blessed as Zuras, Terence Stamp as A'Lars, and Michael Gambon as Valkin.
