This was a large house on beautiful property. I always worry about the animals as we take away their homes too. The house was unique and full of surprises. The details and the floor plan appeared to be very well thought out. This was a keeper ❤

Loved that beautiful gazebo with the bird in it! The greenhouse was cool, too. Things you don't usually see on an abandoned property. Sunroom was spectacular and so were the details throughout the house. The tile floors and chandeliers were awesome! Overall, the place was super clean - no mold or graffiti!

Lots of hand rails in the bathroom. Beautiful staircase with chair lift rail. Young when they moved in and elderly with limitations in the when they left it behind. Great video. thanks

Ethan I think this is one of the most of my favorite homes that you’ve showed. I loved the ceramic tile, specially in the kitchen awesome stuff and very tasteful. The detailing and the colors was just so beautiful, the way they arranged this home and I’m very surprised that they didn’t have a pool but it is what it is. Maybe they couldn’t swim and they didn’t want the children to fall into it whatever but thank you for showing this home before it gets totally demolished. 😢 Hopefully they’ll be able to salvage some of the light fixtures and things of that nature so that it could be repurposed and reused anyways, take care awesome stuff and be safe.🫶🏻❤️🤠

That's the exact same Nutone unit that I have in my 1979 house. It was great when we bought the house in 1982. Doesn't work anymore but still there because if I took it out there would be a big hole to repair. The speakers are still in the walls in the various rooms. Great video. Thanks

What an incredible and beautiful 80's dream home no doubt! I love the architectural style. The foyer and the staircase is gorgeous. I love all the quality materials used, the brick, stone, the tiles. The beautiful French doors, and all the chandeliers are fantastic and the kitchen and master bath are works of art! The property is amazing as well! Ethan, if I had to guess I would say the tile upstairs was because they were handicapped and probably used some type of mobility device ( Walker, wheelchair, etc.) since they had the lift chair for the stairs. Carpet is difficult for some wheelchair users. Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful house. So so wish to have something this nice one-day.... Hahaha one can dream

At 17: 09 you were in the right spot to show picture of the star shape designed into the ceiling that is really lovely, the best I have ever seen of that kind of paint effect. First off, I love watching your videos! Secondly, being from the fair end of the southern US, I don't understand why so many homes up yonder have basements and not more with full attics? Seems flooding is a major issue with basements up there so attics would make more sense? I've always wanted a home with a basement.
