This is truly beautiful! "Blade Runner Blues" was always one of my favorite Vangelis tracks. Listening to this theme revisited so brilliantly by Lux I dream and don't want to wake up. This might sound silly btu when I first saw Blade Runner I was immediately transfixed by the soundtrack. It felt like I had found the sound of my soul. Fantastic. Thank you so much for taking some of the weight off. This track is special, the bass tone just washes the day from my mind while the classic Bladerunner notes sparkle and dance. I don’t know what it’s called, but the way the deep (pads?) seem to drop and rise against each other, actually gives me chills. A lot of effort must have gone into this, and it shows. I’ve loved Vangelis for over 50 years and every day I feel the pain of his loss, but beautiful, sensitive, work like this helps a great deal.
