Selam doctor. I live in the US and i have been feeling mild discomfort on my right upper quadrant for about 4 years and but it wasn't bad. I tried to mention to a physician when I made check up and she said it might be muscle contraction. This mild discomfort is consistent and it didn't go completely. However since the past 3 months the intensity of the pain increased and requested my primary doctor that I want to know the cause of it. Then they find out that I have gall bladder stone and 1.3cm hypodense posterior lesion which the recommend further MRI. For the gallbladder stone the doctor is gonna send me for surgeon evaluation. I recently saw a video that there is a natural way (with food - apple, eat vegetables and fruits, and olive oil, Epsom salt, lemon and orange) that it's possible to flush the gallbladder stone in 5 days. May people commented it worked for them. I am confused whether to try it or go ahead with surgery? Please help me with your professional advice. God bless🙏

I have heard similar stories about this home made remedy but I have Zero experience about it and I can't recommend or advice against it. However, I think it is worse investigating the hypodense lesion( which in my guess would me most likely a gall bladder polyp) to further understand its nature. If it is a polyp and if it is contributing to ur pain, then removing the gallbladder with surhery would be helpful.

@@drfsh Thank you doctor. But just to mention the hypodense lesion is on my liver not on my gall bladder. My gall bladder diagnosis is Cholelithiasis. Thank you for your kindness.

They are different. GB stone happens in gall bladder and kidney stone in kidneys. Even though their composition differs the principle of their formation is the same (more solute than a solvent). And their treatment is also different

Thank you so much but I want to ask you that the symptoms are the same or not??

@@fgmm3291 if the kidney stone is in the right kidney the symptoms may confuse with symptoms of gallbladder stone. However, there are many other ways which might help to differentiate b/n the two. I will try to discuss about kidney stones in the coming days.
