ആകെ 5 മണിക്കൂർ ഉറങ്ങും.ഉറക്കം കിട്ടുന്നില്ല. അതിനിടക്ക് 4 പ്രാവശ്യം മൂത്രം ഒഴിക്കാൻ എഴുന്നേൽക്കും😀😀😆😀😆😀. Anxiety യെ ഉള്ളൂ😀😀😀😀😀.കൂടാതെ ലൈറ് ഇടാതെ ഉറങ്ങാൻ പേടിയാ😀😀😀😆.നല്ല എപ്പിസോഡ്.നന്ദി

ചായകുടിച്ചാൽ ഒട്ടും ഉറക്കം കിട്ടുന്നില്ല. ഉറക്കം വളരെ കുറവുമാണ് കോൺസെൻട്രേഷൻ തെറ്റുന്നുണ്ട്
