I just ordered these for my 2018 Soul and I haven’t gotten them yet but that cracking crunch when you very first rolled the window up makes me really nervous. Did the deflector break?

No, according to Weather Tech, when rolling up the window for the first time, you should pull the deflector outwards with slight pressure. The gentleman in the video did not do so, resulting in the crunch sound and a priceless expression.

I appreciate that you made the video, but when someone posts a how to video I don't expect to get a sales pitch first or an explanation of what a wind deflector does. If you don't already know what the item does, why are you looking for a video on how to install it?
