after Ive downloaded it what do I do to get them in game

Once they are donwloaded, move the SCS file (not copy) into your ETS2 map called "mods". After that enter the game and go to mod editor and activate it so it gets a green dot. It should work after that 🤟

Version 1.37 is quite old though. I don't know if it works unfortunately but you can always give it a try.
