Ettercaps: MONSTROSITIES that pollute the forests and eat the fey!!! (D&D Compendium of Monsters)

Ettercaps are a wild monstrosity because they live in forests and keep a flock of giant spiders in their webbed lairs. It’s funny-of course-because keeping a flock of giant spiders is likened to the ettercap acting as a shepherd to sheep. I definitely didn’t pursue the angle Wizards intended, but I like to think I can be funny sometimes. Funny looking, if nothing else!
