As Tsang, you must conquer all of Tibet and then form it, the province of "Om" because meditation sound, "Xining" because the Dalai Lama was born there, "Dang" cus the first Budha was born there, and then every province that has "zen" in its name (obviously not the Zenith Plateau cus its water just conquer the provinces that border it im not a monster)

21:30 : There are 2 "Break Alliance" options in the game, one comes from Great Power status, the other one is from being allied to someone. The allied version gives like +50 flat to the acceptance, so would work in this case. Also, with reconquest CB use "return cores" on ALL provinces except the one you declared for. Goal province gets a discount on warscore + you can do anything you want with the goal province (even take it for yourself for 0 dip cost). If you want to reconquest a core, which is a nations capital you cannot get it with "return core" option, but you can occupy it, give ownership to your vassal and give it to them thru the menu for reduced warcost IF it's the goal province. The prime example of this is returning Constantinople to Byzantium before they lose their core on it.

Fun fact: did you guys know that Sukhothai was the first Thai kingdom? Founded by the King Ramkhamhaeng (รามคำแหง, Rama the Bold), breaking away from the declining Khmer Empire (the root of a rivalry between Cambodia and Thailand and their peoples today). His legacy is the current Thai alphabet and the Theravada Buddhism as the state religion in Siam and Thailand. So in a way, Sukhothai did form Siam, just... indirectly. Btw I'm not Thai I just got Thai'd, to quote a classic. So maybe there are more subtleties to this that I am aware of. Anyway, history is fascinating, no matter where it happened
