Expansion needs to speed up sometime during the 1700s and slow down by the end game. Though this expansion speed would depend if Napoleonic Ideas are embraced or not. Or of course if you are the leader of the Napoleonic forces ;) If Napoleon had won in real life he could have made France into the Western Roman Empires borders, probably more (Egypt)

i downloaded the mod today and every time i start my game it loads a bit and then crashes :( i played it without any mods or dlc´s and it still crashes...has anyone an idea why?

It currently doesn't work with 1.25 so you have to roll the game back to 1.24, in a couple of weeks the mod will be updating with a rather large overhaul so it maybe worth it to wait.
