I love the mindset - going in the gym to build the best you - rather than going in because you dislike something about yourself and need to punish your body. I guess it's in the name bodyBUILDING - that implies growth, expanded boundaries, open mindset, community - but it does seem that a lot of people forget that and turn inwards.

Great video and really great insight. I am working out at home, and I do the following exercises: Bodyweight squat 3x12 reps, Jumping Jacks 3x8 reps, Forward Lunge 2x8 per leg and Crossed Arm Jumps 2x15. Those exercises I have in a workout plan I got from OnlyMeal. It's really great imo, and I am soon planning to hit the gym more regularly (they also give workouts for gym, home, outdoor. You can choose what you like on any given day). I feel like my legs became so strong already, and I lost 14lbs in the process as well, although I didn't expect that.

9:10 is very similar to the big pivot in mindset that has allowed me to lose 150 pounds in just over a year. Changing how I view weight training, eating reasonable portions, more fiber, and more protein from a punishment for mistakes I made to get to this size to acts of care towards myself has me excited to do the things I need to do to get and stay healthy.

Thank you

"Insufficient position" -> what does it even mean. Sounds like bro science. To me: you just can't swing / bounce / use elasticity at the beginning of a movement to gain momentum as usual in this setup. It's not a "weak position" but simply sartorius and bicep short head are rarely that isolated. They are weak. Not the position lol.

GeaR..? Stay hydrated n motivated, it's easy
@CCmagee321 күн бұрын
Yeah, it just not that simple. But, it won't hurt you to try it for sure. Training perfectly for the most breakdown of muscle will require way more than hydration to recover and grow larger, stronger muscles. This woman is using gear and if you don't think she is, you don't understand training or recovery.
@olteanualexandru825020 күн бұрын
I do exactly this type of training over a year now , and I am natural ....3-4 sec negatives , 2 sec pause on the strech part , high volume, 33 sets for back for exemple, drop sets , sets to failure ....and my gains are huge , considering the fact that i have 6 years of training like normal people , just lifting the weight...but and its a big but .....i dont train every muscle once per week , i train every muscle every 9 or 10 days ... day 1 train, day 2 rest , day 3 train , day 4 rest ...and so on .... sometimes if I dont feel recovered enough,I take 2 days rest betwen training sesions , ....I have a proper sleep , 8 h / night , a proper alimentation,hidtratation etc ....sometimes i have sorenes after a leg day or back day în that muscle for 5 days or even 6 , and that is why rest days are so important , and will help you grow , but many people dont understand this ...they think that training every day will make you bigger and jaked ...wrong ....and yeah , the lady în the video is on juice
@CCmagee320 күн бұрын
@olteanualexandru8250 Yeah, natural you will have to approach training like a scientist. And the duration of training and rest will have to be exact. Along with the highest nutritional intake. I was saying the way this woman was training, you would definitely need juice to have the look she has. I trained natural for ten years, then trained twelve years in 100mg a week EQ and 50mg a week of Anadrol. Two months on gear and four months off. Hcg at the end of the eight weeks. There is no comparison and there is no way any natural human can compete with geared humans. Being on gear makes you feel like a God. Yes, I know that's a crazy comparison but, it's a huge difference.
@olteanualexandru825020 күн бұрын
@@CCmagee3 I know , but I look better then 90% of people from my gym who are using roids , and they are many ...beside those who compete from my gym , I look the best ,and its not me saing this ,is them who ask me what i am doing to look like that , and they dont belive that i am natty .....I admit , i have a great genetic , big legs , small weist , large soulders , big arms ....genetic its a very importnat factor ....for ex, now i am 180 cm , 98,5 kg , at 15 % body fat
