Went out for like another hour or so today to rack miles for the clutch, mannnnn! I'm so freaking happy that I installed this, paired with the tyrol sport deadset kit it is just wild compared to stock.. now I'm not AS jealous of my girlfriends ///M3 steering feel 😭😂😂

I’d love to know yeah! Also you mentioned in the video it wouldn’t be your first handling mod, what would be your list? Maybe you can do a vlog about that, in order? I’ve already did H&R rear sway bar and I’m absolutely blown away by the difference. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts after so much auto cross!

It's about 1/10th of an inch toe out front and rear. Then -3.1 camber front and -1.9 rear. Not sure how much caster my arms add in the front but it definitely helped too. And first for sure is rear sway so you're already there. Camber plates (or better yet coilovers) would be next

It's surprising that it makes that much difference as the strut towers are close to the firewall so it's pretty stiff in that area to start with. On cars like my E30 BMW where the strut towers are further away it made a big difference. Great video. Also with the swearing KZbin will actually limit it's exposure, so reigning that in might help you get more exposure.

Yeah I started not cursing so much, videos following this I fixed it, I was just too happy lol. But that's what a few people on the reviews I read said, but it really does make a big difference!

Installed my rear one on my 2018 Golf R 6spd a few months. I can feel the difference for sure. Haven’t installed the front yet, but will soon. Just haven’t had time. I was wondering how the front install was going to be, but no one had any videos online of the front being installed. Only the rear and the aftermath of the front install. Thanks bro! I'm going to be installing both front/rear when I receive them, but for the front you need to raise the car a bit and I think you need a puller set to take off the windshield wipers to be able to fully remove the cowl covers.

You don't have to remove the covers though really, I only did so I could video it. You're gonna love it though! Report back with what you think about them!

You're gonna notice the steering feel pretty much right away! I love that bar lol. That's what's up though! I hope my EQT shows up soon, I got the turbo + piping.

The diesel geek sure pin was good for the price but a lot of work but do recommend it (only broke one plastic clip🙏), I just finished the 034 trans and motor mounts last weekend, with the ECS bleeder block and short throw the 6MT is finally feeling sharp enough. just found this vid and might be the next move for the R move to improve the steering feel thx!

Glad I could help man! That superpin is one of my favorite mods! Glad you liked all the shifting stuff, it's some work but man is it ever worth it! Same with this brace, it really changes the steering, I really wish I would have done this forever ago, definitely should be one of the first mods!

Hey Bryce, thanks for the video. Quick question: did you raise the front of the vehicle “so the tires are still supported” when installing these? Im thinking of skipping that step cuz i dont have space in garage to do this

I didn't have to cause I have coils with the opposite style of hardware on the top mount there, if you're still stock you probably should. I'm not sure of what the consequences if any honestly

They claim all MQB, so I would assume so! I'd play it safe and shoot them and email and ask though.

No adjustable ones yet.. front endlinks, control arms, & trailing arm bushings are my next purchase for suspension. But I ditched the OEM ones for the ones that came with my BC coilovers

A piece here a kit there, swap this, change that... Then we get to hear how each piece contributes on its own instead of a gang of parts at once. Very insightful. I really appreciate the kind words my friend! I don't wanna just throw a ton of parts at the car, one doesn't really learn that way.. I wanna be able to drive this car at it's limits on the track, I have to upgrade myself as a driver as much as I do parts - I don't think many people realize that. Hopefully I rub off on some people, really would like to get people out and actually race rather then sit and look pretty (not that there's anything wrong with that) because this platform has soooo much potential in all types of motorsports. Glad to hear I'm helping, I really am! Makes this all worth it, this is basically a second job that I don't get paid for lol

Ordered them for my mk7 gti, already have eqt coils and 034 rsb, but always had strut tower braces on other cars I've owned and they do make a difference. Tks for the video bud! Adrian_Vortex_XL on IG ;)
