In the Netherlands/Holland we eat french fries more than anything as streetfood 😄In France they are sliced very thin, In Belgium really thick and in the Netherlands normal size haha. So good with mayo and salt.

Thank you for the( taste the food ) travel ,Mr Steve, not to sure about the raw herring , pretty sure it would be an acquired taste ,and a, have to be there thing ,that pita sandwich ? I hope that it can be called that ? ,anyway wow! There definitely is a lot of yummy in your hand, bet it is absolutely delicious , salty lemonade who would have thought, i can see where it would be a necessary drink for that region salt ,to replace loss ,from heat ,sugar to give you energy, and lemon to help keep the sugar weight in check, ohhh the deep fried fries , ohh yeah the scrumptious crunchy fries ,you just can't go wrong there ,especially when they get woke up ,rested, then put to work !again Mr steves I have been traveling with you for a many travels and years, today's technology lets us visit at the click of a button ,thank you for sharing our globe with those of us that can't travel!

I am from the US and moved to Europe many years ago! Quality of life greatly improved: education, medical, work-life balance (not a 40 hour work week, several weeks paid vacation, and far less violent crime. Food is diverse and there are more made from scratch options.

@@RazgyMicYt i live in USA ( America) for 47years. I traveled to Europe sometimes and I think USA is the best. It is a big, clean, spacious, free country. American people are nice, happy, smiling. The street has many lanes for us to drive safely. We have many convenience materially: variety of food, big refrigerator in the house, nice, clean, spacious restaurants, clean restrooms, big supermarkets... American people are interested in spirituality, healing, vitamins, meditation also. Health food stores are everywhere. Some people think that America has many crimes. I think that there are good and bad people in every countries. To me, American people are nice, eager to learn to improve their life in every aspect physically, spiritually. Come visit us some day.

A Pocket is a Zak in NL. But in DE a Zak is an Tutte. But a Pocket an Tasche what in NL is an Handback. The floor in DE they mean the entrence hall. Hardly anyone owns land and property in Europe. How are they going to feed themselves when their food stall go bare due to the impending global food distribution collapse? You can't grow vegetables when living in a city apartment

I don't know when this happened but again disappointed with everything going on in Europe and it's borders with Russia and the Ukraine is this a case of the band plays onwhile the ship is sinking? I am struggling with understanding all of this as the threat of nuclear fallout from Russia's incursion into Chernobyl and the threat of still possible nuclear conflict. The last place I would want to be is in Europe! I gurantee you that my wife's contact in Europe and my neighbor who is Ukrainian doesn't hear about people happily playing in the streets. Not sure what is trying to be portrayed here?

I don't know where your wife's contact in Europe is located but most of European countries just go on doing their daily things. Yes, the Ukrainian war is a something people talk about but it doesn't affect the overall daily life by much. It's different for people who live in Ukraine, of course, and for people living close to the border to Ukraine. And the whole thing with Russian marching through the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone is actually hurting Russian troops more than anyone else since they have no protective gear (and sometimes even no knowledge!) about the radioactive dust that settled in the ground, which they now are in danger to breathe in while disturbing the ground though their movement. So I am not sure why you are so afraid? The Russian aggression is concentrated within Ukraine, not Europe.

I find Middle Eastern food to be the best in the world, Europeans don't even know what real food looks like, Europeans have the best dairy products, like Cheese, Hams and sausages, but that's it. I couldn't believe it when I was in Europe, when they brought us raw meat, we thought they didn't like us in their country and tried to insult us but later we learned that's was their best food, ha ha ha, unbelievable, that's what cave men eat, the stone age people, the best foods are from Iran, According to my experience. Indian food is so good too, the breads are the best too, I like Arabic breads, very good. The European food looks like cake not food, ha ha ha.
