Israel's prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu admitted that the air strike on a refugee camp in Rafah was a "tragic" mistake. The admission came after international outrage over Israel's bombing that killed almost 45 Palestinians, including children and women. Israel's aggression and its defiance of the International Court of Justice's orders have triggered backlash against Netanyahu's government. The European Union is discussing sanctions and other possible "consequences" to enforce the ICJ's verdict on Israel's invasion of Rafah.
