I had some fun with this thumbnail playing around and I have to say DivKid looks pretty cool as a slim guy with a crown. Now this isn't a video on the general concept of Eurorack utilities, which really are the secret sauce and magic on a modular system ... it is however a video of just one simple passive utility that I really enjoy using that make my system feel more performable and usable. It's the Pusherman A/B Switches modules, super simple, super effective.

Great video! Utility modules are indeed "ace" and thanks for getting me to start saying that in everyday language haha

True utilities are ace. Mille grazie for the all those nifty ideas. Would you do another one on shift registers? Curious what you'd do with them. (:

Oh ,ha ha, been looking for something like this. For some reason too many switches and mixes that allow tons of ins for 1 out and that sort of thing, but it's more useful overall to have a bunch of 2 to 1.

This is definitely the module I need. I would have an all rythm mute, two hihat sequences, two arpeggio sequences, then with the rest I would switch between scales or transpose between keys. Thanks for the video!

If you build it yourself, you can put no off on switches in too so you can have two sources and a mute

Seems like a lot of HP for something passive and a utility, have you seen any for a little less? Did you feel having 86was necessary or would 3-4 be passable?

Got mine floating in it's own box. Thinking of making a little passive performance thing with some sliders too
