You're a bit harsh about this year's songs. You of all people should know some songs come to life when they're live on stage, and those songs didn't get the chance for that. Would any of you pick Fuego before the live shows? And now it's one of ESC favourite songs...

I feel like people are too harsh on this year... Especially after 2019 (yes, great songs, but let's be honnest, Serhat in the finale, seriously?) Yeah, a lot of songs are safe choices but I still have 15 or 16 songs that I really enjoyed, I think the semis would've been a little boring because it was like, so predictable... But the finale would've been sooooooo great with a lot of potential winners !

Here's the thing. Serhat didn't belong in the final. We lost quality songs Portugal, Poland... for that. Yes, a lot of potential winners but the overall playing field wasn't that strong imho.

I don’t get why they think 2020 is weak I mean we have: Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal, Germany, Malta, Australia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Switzerland, Italy, Czech Republic and Georgia are all top 15 worthy - in ANY year. And than we have a lot of good songs such as Ireland, UK, Denmark, Slovenia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Cyprus, Spain, Albania, Poland, Finland and probably I even forgot some countries. + the only bad entries are Estonia and San Marino, last year we had Georgia, San Marino, Croatia, Montenegro, Israel and Moldova who were just awful. Really don’t get it, and we had like as well good songs but when I do 2019vs2020, 2020 wins it for me big time..
