He mentions in the video, it only has a center stand, no side stand. also, the seat is not adjustable.

No, it’s a center stand like a motorcycle would have and it’s not heavy duty like a motorcycle. I wouldn’t try to sit on it while it’s on the center stand.😎

I have had nothing but problems with my sons bike since day 2 of having it. Customer service has been brutal, no way to speak to someone. Only communication is via email, and I can't get more than 1 response every 24-48 hours. They have also not posted my review

@ yes it was/is. I did quite a bit of research and felt comfortable buying it, based on all of the positive reviews (sponsored or not). I really think I may have just gotten a lemon. I took a while but they finally agreed to allow me to send it back and get a full refund. Unfortunately I had thrown away the original box and all packing materials so this in itself has been an adventure😁

Thank you for the review. I have a quick question regarding the extra seat so I’m looking at the standard version which is $1000 and the version that has one piece seat that’s actually larger. It actually makes up the same size as the smaller attachment added for an additional $400. Are you telling me if I get the standard piece that they will throw the extra small cushion in therefor free and I can save $400

If you want something reliable that will last thousands of miles I’d highly recommend any bike using a Yamaha motor (30 years if experience making ebike motors). You get what you pay for..
