It would be racist in a mainly white society whose white people are not marginalised and overlooked. These schemes are to combat racism and give people who suffer from it a chance. The whole of society caters mainly to white people. Why is it that when other groups look out for each other it's called racist and anti-white, when white people have looked out for each other since the beginning? Your society needs to become more equal. White people in it need to get a grip and realise how unequal the society is. Eventually there might be parity among races. When that happens yoy should then focus on another of the real problems- class and money differences. Poor white people face the same issues as poor other groups, except racism. Their lives are hard. When you figure out that the unifying factor between marginalised groups is poverty, and work together to fight against that, demanding political representation and redistribution of wealth, without thinking AAARGH COMMUNISM...when you work out that socialism aids and helps poorer people...when you truly stop seeing colour enemies and realise your enemy are the extremely wealthy...then ylur lives will improve. But as long as you keep seeing yourself as white because you think it protects you when it doesn't and seeing others on racial grounds too, you will never ever improve your life or your country.

I used to work for a hospital that was founded as a Jewish hospital, everyone needing medical attention gets attended but not everyone gets billed, only Jewish vagrants get free healthcare all others get a bill that’s most likely paid by the government. I currently work for a hospital founded by Norwegians same thing everyone attended but only Norwegian vagrants get free healthcare!
