I really wish this got renewed again, I needed to see more of this! Genuinely think Lancelot would have gone on to be a badass hero. Don't mess with Percival, Lancelot gone f you up! I love that he saw another child like himself and refused to let happen to Squirrel, what happened to him. I also appreciate how it shows Gawain's body being covered with the plants at the same time as Lancelot properly turns- since I think it was also partially Gawain talking to him that influenced his turning.

Well, Lancelot had to atone for his many sins as a brainwashed murderer of his own fey brothers and sisters, but I am glad that he redeemed himself in the end, I loved the evolution of his relationship with Squirrel. They saved each other´s lives and Percival is no longer an orphan in the end.

He became a more multi-faceted character, and we as an audience get to see his motivations better as it all progresses. Pls lmk since I am genuinely curious as to whether or not my 12th grade English teacher lied to me or not 😭

Possibly, but I see Nimue, Lancelot and Squirrel as a family. Arthur will have Guinevere. Arthur becomes Arthur Pendragon, and in this, Guinevere is a Pendragon, he'll take the name when he marries her. I doubt very much if he cheats on Nimue.....he'll probably be told she's dead, and turn to Guinevere.

@@froeloe Well, Arthur and Guinevere had a definite spark. She's brave, a fierce warrior and beautiful. Most of all, like Arthur she's human. Nimue and Lancelot have a lot in common. They both are close to Squirrel. Both had a 'brother' figure in Gawain. Both had unhappy childhoods where they were treated as outcasts. They even have similar scars. Interesting fact.....the actor who plays Gawain is actually younger than Daniel Sharman, who plays Lancelot. Sharman is amazingly young looking - I was stunned to learn he's actually 34.

They both so amazing, waiting for season 2 only to see them both again ❤️ how this boy remind him of his childhood, he knew they would torture squirrel and try to turn against fey to use him as a weapon, lancelot went through this and didn't want same to happens to this boy, when he let him go to warn his fey brothers he just wanted them to have a chance to escape, when he found their hidden base in forest he knew those fey is near and listening so he told to paladins loud enough to ride fast to carden with this info, so fey had time to leave that base and escaped... I never liked Daniel Sharman, seen him in Teenwolf, but this character got me with strong charisma, behaviour, his story... waiting for season 2 and hope to see more scenes with Weeping monk and squirell

I shit you not, I came here to reveal my discovery. I'm on Episode 5 of this show I swear to God I'm not lying. They were bringing in future knights like Gawain and I told myself wait...where's Lancelot? Then I thought of the weeping monk....and i'm like "if these writers know what's best, that dude will switch sides and end up being Lancelot". I was 100% sure that wouldn't happen...so I google it to see and IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN. I have never been so damn excited about a prediction like this...that's the perfect fucking move. He's such a badass and I love the actor too. I don't know his name but saw him on a couple other shows and always liked his characters. So fucking excited...twists like this and Merlin being Nimue's father are what make this show much better than it would otherwise be IMO. ( I predicted that too sort of but it was like 10 seconds before the reveal so I mean by then most people probably were thinking it).
