Timefall shelter or repair spray doesn’t repair items, only the container they are contained in. Chiral artist is not (in) a container.

The reason that you heal in the shower is that the game compresses a storyline that canonically takes multiple months (the literal time it takes to walk across America) into the runtime of the game. When you go into the private room, Sam canonically rests there for between a few hours to multiple days.

Container repair spray only repairs as the name suggests containers on items carried it clearly states it will not repair damage already present on the item.

Why would a timefall shelter fix damage on anything other than containers? She wasn’t in a container. If you damage other cargo, the spray or the timefall shelter won’t fix them either.

It’s actually pretty easy to drive a bike across a single ladder. I do it regularly. No need to line up two.
