Thanks for the video Xander and Event MB! Gave me a lot to think about with event management. It was helpful to have the facts broken down into the 3 T's of event planning. I had never considered to have spare cables etc. for any technical issues that might occur during an event. I agree that the team is very important for any event - and not just the people you directly work with but all those people behind the scenes, supporting your event, providing services etc. They are the people who allow the event to flow smoothly. Attitude is a big thing for events also, I agree that your attitude towards different things reflects on those around you and working in Hospitality for the last few years, I am aware that not many customers want to be greeted with a dull and boring attitude. Thankyou for the presentation :)

Absolutely agree with you Taleika! Your team includes the staff that work with you, each of your vendors, and their staff as well. The Event Team is made up of so many hard working folks.
