The reason why you have so many positive comments...is you and Aaron. You both are positive, realistic and little sassy sometimes :) You two are the eptitome of what KZbinrs should be. Wish you were my neighbor and friend. I look forward to your videos everyday. Don't think I've missed one since I began watching. Thank you for being so amazing.

I think it’s her passion for flowers. It shows through everytime she turns on the camera. It’s also obviously how much they love each other too. Laughing, smiling, teasing and being sassy is so adorable and I love watching these two. They lift me up. Especially since my marriage is crap, I have this funny beautiful family to watch ♥️♥️♥️

I think the answer for Laura going to someone’s garden club is: instead of booking her for a speaking engagement, have a garden tea party where everyone can drink wine, admire the garden, and just chit chat, maybe a Q&A.

Agree Gina! I always love that one clip where she's walking out onto the stage to speak at one of the garden shows a few years back, and Aaron is following her and filming so you can see the crowd's reaction to her entrance. No one is going to notice my yard or care but me. My son is about to move next door on the 1 acre pasture and says that will look so tacky..he doesn't even know what a Potager garden is. Weekly recap has become my favorite video of the week! It is just so relaxing to hear you talk about the week that has passed and future plans. It really makes me feel like apart of your amazing garden. It is also so fun to hear the dialogue between you and Aaron. Keep up the good work! 💚

I don’t know about anybody else but I love the high tunnels out there by the cut flower fields, it makes it look farm like. I think that a small one like the one you have by the garage with the shingle front would look beautiful out there. I loved this weeks chores series, I find series so informative.

For the person asking about how you know if Zinnia's are ready, you do the wiggle test. Hold the stem about 3 inches away from the bloom, and wiggle it. If the top wiggles back and forth, it isn't ready.

For the Zinnia question, Erin from Floret said to wiggle the stem to see if it is stiffened up. If it flops a lot it’s not ready but if it’s more rigid it’s ready. Check out her IG because I could have it swapped

Great idea for Aaron to do a garage/tool organizing video. Yes, Aaron the products for storage are important, but more important is what tools or garage stuff you use more and where to put them. Please do one. I’m going to tackle my garage starting next month so the weather will be cooler in Texas. Right now it looks like “Sanford and Sons”!!! Funny old TV comedy for you young people. I can’t wait Aaron. Thanks so much. God bless. 👏🏻💕👏🏻

I’d even like Aaron to be miked up during the weekly videos too while your planting.

Just a thought but maybe you could dedicate a video on your regular channel talking about how you and Aaron manage your channels, your business and social media. Maybe explain that you have a highlight channel for those that don’t watch every video and might not realize some of the things that you do randomly bring up and don’t get some of the insights we get from your highlights channel Q&As. Love both of your channels and I’m one that never misses a video.

The best tip my parents ever gave me was to, "plant the perimeter," for a park-like yard. When Aaron mentioned 'limbing-up the trees,' it reminded me of how humans love a savannah-like openness, because it was where we originated from, (grassland dotted with tall trees.) As predator you can see your prey. As prey you can see the predators.

The GA Groupie Field Trip organizers did an amazing job! I was so blessed to be a part of the group, have an amazing weekend and make so many new friends. It was such a wonderful experience that I’ll always treasure. I hope at some point down the line you’re able to share your beautiful property again. I’d love to see the new property, it’s hard to believe it was dirt field where we parked, and you sharing that you might be able to purchase it. So glad you did!

Y’all are amazing. I love every you do and how gracious and positive you both are. Laura I 💯 % agree with you not answering questions directly. It’s so hard to do especially since you have people from all over the world. Every location is different. Zones are not equal. Zone 8 in Louisiana is not the same as zone 8 in Washington. You I get little rain where as I get on average 58 inches of rain annually. But mostly Because a lot of people just don’t give enough information when asking a question. I cannot begin to fathom how long it would take you to answer even the smallest portion of the questions that are asked of you. I think the best answer is the one you give frequently as someone from your local garden centers. I also encourage each to find gardeners in their areas, the local extension office, garden clubs and master gardeners in their area. Drive around and look at landscapes that are lush and beautiful. Pay attention to what seems to grow best in your area. We don’t have local nurseries in my area so when I started gardening at my own home I went to garden club symposiums. Nurserymen, read books, bought every gardening magazine I could find. I went to my county agents office and picked up numerous brochures. When I drove around to neighborhoods and even knocked on a few doors and asked if I could take some pictures of plants in their garden. Most gardeners love to share their knowledge. I stuck up many long lasting friendships that way.
