FYI it doesn't matter if you have the fastest PC made, turning shadows on will cause a big hit in areas with a lot of players or NPCs. It's just one feature that the EQ graphics engine just can't handle under any circumstances.

great guide one reason I haven't played in so long when I log in all my hotkeys and set up is gone. so this is really helpful if I come back to play. kinda off-topic questions i always thought my pally was flawed cause i knew nothing about the game when i rolled him is there a way to check your original rolls. also, do you play new content or plan on it

On the test server there is a way to reset your AAs so you can spend them again and when it comes to content, there is the achievement button which will allow you to see content you completed. We'll be back doing modern content on the test server mainly in raids.

I do like the older models, but when I try and run older models at 1920x1080, the screen can only do windowed mode and not fullscreen which i prefer.

The only thing that I find that helps is locking the windows after you have them where you want them

Hello. Do I have to do this every time I logon? I just setup everything and then logged out and back in and everything was back to the old messed up setup…

Once you do it the settings should stay. Try and zone and then camp to see what happens.

I thought they were going to prioritize making the UI more beginner friendly.. and at least give everything a decent starting point instead of a jumbled mess that new players have no freaking idea what to do with lol

Mine closely resembles the original UI.. haha. I got so used to everything being where it was, that once they let us move stuff around and made it transparent, I left it as close to vanilla as possible lol. Wish we could add photos to comments here

Worth the time when you group or raid at higher levels and either save the day or are appreciated for an awesome job done during difficult fights. I enjoyed healing, crowd control, DPS, buffing/debuffjng as druid. Many have said I played better than most they’ve grouped with.
