EVERQUEST TEEK TLP - MORE Best starting areas Tutorial for NEW players Part 2 | Surprise areas

This video covers, North Qeynos, Qeynos Hills, The Feerrott, Misty Thicket, and Toxxulia Forrest.
This new player tutorial and guide will show you what other newbie starting zones look like from the camps to the monsters you can hunt. Some of these zones have clear advantages to leveling up, visibility, and random loot. In the past you might have thought your favorite zone was great or even bad, but take a closer look and you might change your mind after watching this video.

We'll be doing that on the livestream channel. I think the problem this year is getting on the server. They should've made a clone like they did with thornblade because now it's going to be one gigantic traffic jam.

I still haven't got Pvmaaron back to the guild under the city. I asked I looked online and ask a guy doing a live stream. Then I had an idea. I created another one...Keelaladem to start at the guild master and find the way from the inside out.

Innothule was always the worst. One froglok would turn into 5, and you had no chance of escaping them in the water!

I never liked Toxx, I guess I never made it across the bridge. I doubt the kitties will be available, as I don't think that zone was released until much later. I remember hunting there for a bit, probably for a quest, but we mustn't have found it all that great as we didn't go back. My memories of that area are fairly vague. Starting out, I usually chose areas where there were a ton of spiderlings and/or skellies so that I could collect silk and bone chips to sell.

What is the map you’ve got loaded that shows the mobs? I have Bree wall but it doesn’t do that..

It's redguides MQ2, but it doesn't work on the TLP.

Hey, TCat. 😎 I spawned a human sk in the aqueducts, strayed from him, made my way back to the aqueducts. 3 hours and haven't solved the maze! Advice? 😊

Will you be using mq2 on teek? Seeing mobs on map would be nice but they recently had a suspension/banwave for mq2.

MQ2 won't be allowed on Teek and now that darkpaw has blocked the program from even loading on servers that's it's not allowed, nobody will be able to use it. MQ2 will not be as useful as it would be on a tradition server with non random loot because now loot from named mobs can drop off any named in the same level range.

In the old days, SEQ ran on a linux box and pulled data from the network traffic, undetectable so it could have been run on TLP without risk.

Don't worry. I don't think many of us are going to get on the first day because of the lag. Now if they would've made Tormax into a clone of Teek....

Will Persona be available? If so you could level up a toon at the best leveling spot then transform into the class you like. Speaking of levels, someone said that there will be somebody on the server who makes max level on the first day. How??

I'm not sure about personas. Interesting ideas :)

It might be personas or they'll use the good exp potions and do the poop sock thing. I think each server has had many players hit 50 on the first day. A lot of times it is the big guild players.

@@doctornachoz8099 Yep, I already used the persona to sell with my high CHA enchanter to squeeze every copper out of my loot. I can see how a big guild, or any guild actually, could level a group up to 50 in the first day but it would take many hours of playing. Too bad they nerfed the mail delivery quest. I was following your guide and leveling in Tox when I see three mages run by. Obvious that two of the three are bots. they were named, Mage, Mageone, Magetwo (not the real names but you get the idea).

You the mail quest you can create a new Erudite toon and make the run. After the toon gets paid, put the money in the shared bank and exit the character select. Next, create a new toon and do it again. I don't know how long the timer is, but it's much faster to make a new toon.

@@doctornachoz8099 Good Idea. Made several toons in a row and got enough money to get my low level spells. Actually the Malachite was more expensive! That low level mage pet is a beast. At LVL 2 I gave him a rusty 2 hander and he was hitting for max of 18. Thanks for the advice
