What is EQBCS (included with Redguides Very Vanilla MQ2) and how do you set it up. The newbie guide shows you how to set it up, get started, and deal with errors. This tutorial is for players using one computer with more than one account running.
Note: This will not work on Truebox TLP servers, but may work on the new Rizlona and Aradune TLP servers.

Thanks so much Kat for this video! I've been interested in how to set up eq for boxing since I mostly play solo and you explain the process so patiently. I watch your live streams nightly and really enjoy them, but its your informational EQ videos I enjoy the most because I'm a returning player like a lot of us are and these videos make coming back so much more fun! MQ2 is legal to use on live servers? Even features like /stick and all spawns being shown on map?

I believe it is in a grey area for Live servers as long as it is not being used unattended or in AFK mode. A lot of Box teams use it or IS_Boxer on LIVE without problems. For TLP servers, it is not allowed and will not load up.

Is this ok to run on the new tlp servers? I could run option 1 on 1 pc or option 2 would be 2 computers. Is either acceptable?

It should be ok to run as long as you don't box more than 2 per PC on Aradune. Rizlona is a box server like Ragefire, so box as many as you like :)

Is there a way to have characters do abilities remotely or do you rely on /use item and stop commands?

after seeing your vid i too downloaded and installed. i like to box. dont need macros but the nav system i liked. and it stated the very vanilla version is allowed on live and even tlp as it dosnt have the bannable ones activated. but i quickly noticed that was not true mq2map is active. and it shows all the mobs in the zone. a really cool thing. but i'm continent never allowed. it took me an hour to find out how to unload that plugin. "/plugin mq2map unload" lol should have been easy to figure out opps. but i feel safer now it's off. but now i wonder what other plugins are on and not allowed. i cant see anything on their website that states these things. . i'd be careful . i'd hate to loose all of my accounts. i was getting ready to try a TLP server since a boxing one is coming out, i can solo when no groups are to be found.

I think they stated that as long as you aren't using MQ2 for AFK or unattended play, it is ok to use on approved servers. The map is cool, but I don't use it much because most of the time I'm going to setup a camp and wait for the mob to spawn. The Rizlona server will be interesting since it is a box server much like Ragefire.

We try and help. You can try the tutorial mission for free on the live servers. That will give you a taste of the gameplay and the basics.

Yes, we play on the TLP live servers and the test server. Except for the TLP servers, you can play for free on the other servers if you like.
