sorry about the bit of audio crackling in the beginning of the video. seems to mostly go away after 4:00

Love your videos. I did slow your shot on 13 to .25 speed and I just don't think you are putting it on the amount of hyzer you think you are. Great job again!
@TylerTiede6 ай бұрын
probably not. I don't really throw super flippy discs often. Hence why I said I "tried" to give it hyzer 😉

Genuinely wasn't expecting to see my home course on a random youtube video. Super stoked tho.

Another quality video. The trail looks friendly for us old guys that are throwing flippy discs.

I'm enjoying the trail so far. Very straight and workable on different lines for the 300ft crowd

Try the MVP energy. It's so over stable and anhyzer shot turns right into a roller. Anything with hyzer dives right away

Shadow pines is such a great course. Played the whites for the first time last week and shot -2.

-2 is mad good for the whites!! I haven't been able to shoot any better than even.

James has a very point n shoot style, usually throwing something flat to the basket instead of big hyzers. I could see him using this.
@andrewpeterson33023 ай бұрын
I'm not sure what you're doing. But I always get a solid fade back to the left. The trail has never stayed on the turn for me.
@patrickflanigan9512 ай бұрын
Mine does. 168 neutron and I throw 250-270. Even on hyzerflip, it can’t handle the wind. Distance wise not impressed. The tern and mystere are better

Nice video. I use a Beast which is similar numbers. I might give the Trail a try.

I dont have a forehand either i taught myself to throw lefty backhand instead. But this trail looks sweet.

How far do you throw your distance drivers typically?

max out somewhere between 450-500 usually. I don't measure my throws very often

Surprised Simon said he loves the trail when it seems much more understable than usual discs he throws. But I’m excited for it! My max range is about 350 so I bet throwing the trail on a baby hyzer will get some good distance for me!
@pathape5 ай бұрын
Lots of spin can make the disc more stable. Ive played with a top end touring pro that can throw the same disc a lot further than the average power disc golfer and make it look more stable. Also, Tyler doesnt put as much hyzer on the disc than he thinks.

@@pathape and Simon throws Proto run, could be more stable

What’s the weight on the Trail and how far do you throw?
@TylerTiede6 ай бұрын
@@nataledinatale1198 the one I threw in the video is 172. I throw around 450-500 usually. I don’t measure my distances much anymore.

@@TylerTiede Thanks. I think that might explain why the disc is understable for you. I have an old, old noodle arm. Might be good for me. Would like to join to giveaway, but this oldie don’t have insta. Can I enter with a KZbin sub?

Thank you for a great video! How different you find the Trail to be in comparison to CD1? I'm debating if I _really_ need any straight discs between my C-line CD1 and a bit beat up Lat 64 Grace.
@TylerTiede6 ай бұрын
@@joonas8885 Very different than the CD1, much more under stable.

Just got myself neutron trail. Doesn't look as flippy as yours. I guess it's because my arm speed doesn't match yours
@alexcampbell10706 ай бұрын
James doesn't have a forehand. Backhand only. His other disc is the detour. 5/5/-2/1. He ranges the spectrum on stabilities a good bit because of his need for os, stable, and floppy doscs on that backhand
