A few fixes: Sheffield FC are the oldest Football club, not Sheffield Wednesday. Salford Red Devils are a Rugby League team, not to be confused with Rugby Union, the two Rugby's have evolved into two distinct sports since the great schism of 1895. What you said about Man Utd stealing their nickname and it's original origin is 100% spot on, however. So thank you for highlighting that. I hope you do one of these videos for Super League, the top division of Rugby League 👍

The thing about Liverpool's kits is incorrect. Liverpool did start in blue and white, but had to change after a few seasons as it was a clash with Everton. Well before Bill Shankly, and went with red shirts, white shorts. It was Shankly however who caused the change into all red with the shorts and socks matching the shirt.

Man Utd was INITIALLY nicknamed the "Heathens" (Newton Heath L&YR Football Club). Busby did not arrive on the scene until the 1940s.

The Ted Lasso reference at the end made me laugh. I was actually a freshman at the same high school where Ted Lasso himself, Jason Sudeikis, was a senior (never met him, though). That said, I did have as a geometry teacher the very coach that inspired the character. Go SM West Vikings!

Actully Brighton were onlt called THe Seagulls after thier rivals Crystal Palace choose an eagle as their new emblem, Brighton thought it was too tacky and wanted to choose a more intresting bird as a symbol, to make fun of Palace

Why do I get the feeling a lot of Americans would know about Manchester United from its brief mention in the film _Bedknobs and Broomsticks?_ For those wondering, Mr. Browne says (presumably falsely) that he used to play for Manchester United so he can get a position as referee on the Isle of Naboombu. Yeah, anyone who's seen the movie knows the famous soccer scene. And yes, even the British-accented secretary bird calls it soccer, as the Brits still called it soccer when the movie came out.
