Hi Dr. Adam I've been doing this video for over a month now but the last 3 weeks i never missed a day, i was amazed when i checked my last week's fitbit stat, my resting heart rate went down to an average of 74. It has been 90s esp if i don't do cardio or any high intensity exercises. And , I lost 11 lbs too since i started. Tai chi really calms me down. When i do high intensity exercises, it makes me binge eat & crave for sugar. My main reason why I started doing Tai chi and Qigong is to practice breath works because I have severe allergies that triggers asthma. So far, I haven't needed my inhaler since first week of June. I'm so thankful for you, for creating a channel that improves one's health and well being. Hats off to you. Job well done! 🙏💚
