Yes. If you watch his interviews it's the same thing. Went from dark tint to lighter tint. Maintains the cool look but the darker tints were more standoff-ish and aloof. The tints allow more people "in".

In the first few movies Stark was wearing a bunch of Initium. Dita didnt show up until later. And only with a single model, the Flight 006. For Initium I counted 3xAll In, 1xSuperUnknown, 2x British Steel, 2x London Calling, 1xInitium 3000. Dont get me wrong, Dita Flight 006 are a sharp pair of sunglasses and obviously are a hit. But imo Initium would have a much better claim to the throne as "The Iron Man Glasses".

There are 2 versions of the Vonzipper Fulton BRE Red Black Checkered. There is the first generation model with plain snaller checkered pattern and single smaller hinges which are the screen worn pair that RDJ wears in the Donut Diner Hangover scene. Then there was a 2nd generation reissued pair that has an updated design shape making them more congruent with the Elmore design with different checkered pattern with VZ logo all over the checkered pattern and is more see through and all red on the outside frames and different newer vonzipper tripple barrell hinges that became stsndard on all Fultons and Elmores after 2009. I own both pairs.
