Ophelia deserved the win definitely but James and Eve were bringing the heat EVERY SINGLE time. Even on the bad days, I was still thoroughly impressed. I'm not into make-up but each one of the 3 always had me on the couch completely interested.

Ok james was mindblowingly good but we can all see ophelia had the 2nd season and this entire competition at her feet from the beggining. Her balance, her subtile yet impecable work, the skill and professionalism she had shown troughout the contest and her unmeasured creativity just made her stand out with not ONE creative brief that wasn't absolutely won by her. She was not only an artist, she was a full on make up icon.

Hannah and James are very similar in many ways. They both excel in their own kind of makeup look but they have trouble exceeding the expectations of other people's assignments. This is where Ophelia and Hannah(sort of) have this balance.

Jake was such a joke. I'm sorry, I just wouldn't trust a makeup artist with such ginormous lips. His face always looked so overdone. I felt the same about Brandon in season 1. Also, I'm glad that Keziah put her mental health first, but at the same time...she came across as someone who preferred the unquestionable adoration she got from her online fans Than someone who was really trying to make it in the business.

Her makeup is amazing! … for work on a rock band music video, tv shows like “vampire diaries”, horror movies, comic book recreations, etc… her makeup looks are very repetitive! I could never see her doing anything else or anything different from the style that she already does and that is the whole point of this show (to upgrade and step out of your comfort zone to show the world just how talented you really are)… I’m going to use these as examples: could u ever see ophelia working on an Ariana Grande music video, gossip girl tv show set, austin powers movies, a bperfect photoshoot…no because doesn’t want to meet those standards, which in my opinion is very unprofessional, yes it’s ok for her to be known for whatever makeup style she does but she was the winner of this season and the winner should know how to do it all and be brave when it comes to other types of makeup, it’s never going to be just the makeup that she wants to do, she’s going to miss out on a lot of opportunities because she doesn’t “like that style of makeup” or it’s “stepping out of my comfort zone”…so unprofessional and James should of won hands down

Yeah but consistency wise, he wasnt the best. He always messed up in terms of the briefs he was given and thats why he kept going on the red chair with Hannah almost all the time. He's really great at making the concepts when its his own terms but working outside of his environment is where he struggled. Ophelia was consistently executing what was given to her and was so strong in any challenge she was given. It's about adapting to other people's concepts that is outside your comfort zone and not just gagging us with looks you had full control of.

I know this was a few years ago but I've just discovered this show on Netflix in the USA. Seguía este programa, porque es interesante el trabajo de los artistas, pero el doblaje al español daña la ilusión de ver los capítulos, el lenguaje inclusivo no existe, es el antojo de personas que maltratan un idioma precioso como el español, espero que no digan que les da pena en lenguaje exclusivo, porque de inclusivo no tiene nada.
