Zora's Domain in Ocarina of Time was always my favourite place as a child. I still remember when my dad bought my brother and I the game (but really he wanted to play it) and reading the game pamphlet and being fascinated by the Zora description and wondering if they were bad guys or not. I'd never played any Zelda game up until that point, and I still remember the excitement of it all.

I personally prefer the Korok forest to Lurelin Village but I think that is mainly the nostalgia vibes I get. I love the contrast between the mysterious dark forest and the cheery quaint Korok home. The sunlit streaming into the clearing where the master sword lies is gorgeous (despite the framerate). I like the small shop inside the Deku Tree as well although I agree there isn't much to do there. Lurelin was actually the second town I found, after Hateno.

I'm glad someone made the "connexion." The Zora The Gorons and The Kokiri are really the Elves the Dwarves and the Hobbits, which these are inspired from. You can tell how they act speak and by their cultures. Cool! 😎 J.R.R. Tolkien really inspired alot of other fantasy creations life this. I wonder who The Hylians are based off of now; the Humans??
