Without the purple, this is definitely a fall-appropriate palette. With the purple, the palette is perfect for Halloween, too. So still fall, but a bit different.

@ My pleasure! You know what I’m loving about makeup this fall particularly? When I was first getting into makeup at 14, about 2000, THE advice that was given to redheads with freckles was “Match your blush to your darkest freckle.” That was it. That was the only blush we got. One to match our freckles. No pink. No purple. No orange. No pearlescent brick. One freckle blush. Now, don’t get me wrong, I will still wear all of those when the mood strikes and I am a moody person. But I’m loving that what’s in this fall is freckle colored blushes to choose from along with the pinks and purples and pearlescent bricks I’ve carefully chosen over the years.

Midnight Sun was my very first Mothership! I love it, too. I always think of it in the fall (all throughout the year, too, but in the fall it just shines!) I love that you mentioned the mattes. They blend so well and last on my oily lids. I feel like the Pat mattes don’t get enough love. I never thought to use liquid lips on the cheek although I use bullet lipsticks from time to time. I’m so glad you showed this! WE COULD DEFINITELY HEAR BEAN DREAMING WITH HER LITTLE CHIRPS!! 🥹🥹💕💕💕 Oh, Bean! What a sweet angel!! I hope your lips heal quickly!

It was my first mothership too! People love her special shades but her mattes and metallic shades are top tier. Thank you they are pretty much healed now thankfully
