What are you talking about? This video is not that sharp, and contrast is not so great either.

In France we also have a way to cook fish with steam. We call it "papillotte". You wrap the fish (with other ingredients if you want) in parchment paper or tinfoil and cook it in the oven. It's not fat at all and tasty.
@komori8417 жыл бұрын
That's sounds so tasty. We Japanese also enjoy it almost in a same way but we use Miso for it sometimes.
@IronFreee7 жыл бұрын
Yes, it taste good and Miso is a pleasant way to insert some of that soy you spoke about in your meals :)

Its an interesting type of idea the way she describes mixing types of protein. Think i will give this more emphasis in my own meals from now on.

Hi Komori-san! The previous message was actually from Mrs Birzer. She speaks for me as I agree with everything she said. I was in Alaska for a year and loved eating the salmon. We put liquid smoke on it and wrapped it with aluminum foil and threw it in the coals of the fire until it was flaky... was delicious! Love your vids! Please keep up the good work!

I'm glad to see you putting new videos again! I am not a fan of soy products. Here in Texas meat is a major source of protein. As for eggs, I can't stand them!

May I ask, does miso contain alcohol? If so, where can I find it alcohol-free? By the way, your hair colour is so beautifully black.

I have always wanted to try raw egg & rice but American eggs are not safe to eat raw. We do not keep the living conditions of our chickens clean enough.. sadly, very sadly!

What about grains? And milk isnt good for adults.
@komori8417 жыл бұрын
Most of Japanese grains are rice, and it's also include some amount of protein.
@janosik49847 жыл бұрын
Thank You for the reply. Milk for adults should be fermented first. As raw vegetables broccoli are the best, full of everything. Steam cooking is the best way to prepare hot meals - do not fry on oil. Carrot juice has a lot of proteins, one glass of freshly pressed out carrot juice is daily demand for adult. Very easy to absorb. Green juices are just gorgeous. Japan is great, I love it.

I think she is wrong. Japanese adults don't each very much milk or dairy.
@purplejammiejam7 жыл бұрын
Dave Satay I think she would know... Seeing as she is Japanese and living in Japan. She didn't imply there was a lot of dairy consumption (other than maybe eggs)?
