i am an overweight 13 year old and I really want to lose weight so i have a better life in the future. i also have prom in 2 almost three years and I only have prom once so i want to lose weight so finding a dress is easier. I have been watching your videos and taking notes and your channel is so helpful so I have subscribed😃. I am also moving house soon and it is like ten metres away from a gym and pool. I will try run a mile every day then go swimming and also do zumba in the evening with mum. I want to stick to this and your channel is helping me alot so thank u EDIT FROM 2020 Hello everyone 👋 So yes it's me and I logged back into this account yesterday , I won't lie I didn't do alot of what I said however I did go to the pool and ate healthy and I lost 50 pounds and now am at a healthy weight For the people saying I was too young please know I was not overweight but obese,my weight was affecting my health and losing weight was essential however I didn't do a fad diet simply ate better portions and more of the right thing because weight loss takes time . By doing it slowly it allowed me to still have the unhealthy food and not have to say no to going out with friends but losing weight was one of the best things that happened to me And no I didn't get to go to prom however I found a beautiful dress, I now have an encouraging ,gorgeous boyfriend and a much healthier body and mind x

Blaz3k Dieting at a younger age? You're not supposed to diet in the first place. A diet is something temporary and not eating enough can stunt the growth of a child. It's permanent lifestyle changes that are important and not to mention sustainable. Food is not the enemy.

A chemical is any substance consisting of matter. This includes any liquid, solid, or gas. A chemical is any pure substance (an element) or any mixture (a solution, compound, or gas). Chemicals occur naturally and can be made artificially.
@donhendershot97056 жыл бұрын
Forget about counting chemicals unless you are on a Keto diet of 20-50g Carbs per day. That requires supplements and is dangerous for your health! Avoid being in Ketosis and the food you eat will already contain the Macro’s of Fat, Protein & Carbs; the Macro Minerals; and, the Trace Minerals your body needs. Simply eating 300 less Calories a day reduces your Triglycerides by ~20%. I currently lose ~3 lbs. a week on a lower Calorie diet with a target of 70g Carb per Day.

Whenever you do give in and partake in some high calorie foods, I've found that it's best to just nibble on them. That way you can stretch out the eating experience without taking in very much. Also closing your eyes at times and will magnify the taste sensation.

I love crunchy snacks but crips (chips) would make me fat of course. I substituted them for seaweed roasted in sesame oil. One sheet only counts for 6 calories. It's delicious and you can buy it many Asian shops. Also, I squeeze lemon over sweet potatoes and roast them. They turn into a yummy snack.

One of the main things I do to indulge and yet still moderate eating snacks and treats is to split a serving. So I never really eat a serving size of chips, pastries, cookies, ice cream, etc. I always split it with one other person or more. So if you want to eat a cookie, just break it in half and share it. You still get to indulge but won’t be eating the whole calorie content. When going to Costco, and they have those 16oz cup filled with soft serve/ ice cream/ non fat yogurt, I can’t eat the whole thing myself and will split it with my mom and dad.
