Parmegian Eggplants. Your version is a very elaborate one. For those saying its not affordable, you're right but you can replicate the same effect with cheaper products. Btw, you can fry coat the slices on a little bit of flour and olive oil.

I have a similar recipe, but I bake the eggplant in a single layer for 20 min, turning the eggplant halfway through. Dries out the eggplant. That might help.

You can salt the eggplant on paper towels to get rid of some of the water. Just leave it sit for a while maybe 15 minutes and the water wil come out of the eggplant

А что тут не доступное или то, что нельзя заменить чем-то похожим? Ну разве что специи. Но их на любом рынке можно взять врассыпку у узбеков или других южан ими торгующих. Соус в конце ролика та же аджика, но с добавлением орегано. Моцареллу легко заменит сулугуни или адыгейский сыр. А рикотту- не кислым творогом или сделать из очень жирных сливок с добавлением лимонного сока, чтоб свернуть. Шпинат же можно купить практически везде, если не свежий, то замороженный и не дорого. Ну или выращивать самому, как и базилик. Это не прихотливые растения, которые и на балконе можно сажать.

@@viktoriak.1478 Просто и доступно это когда берёшь кусочек хлеба (лучше белого), обмазываешь его с двух сторон масляно-сахарной смесью и обжариваешь до золотистой корочки😊 Кладёшь хлеб на тарелочку, а тем временем наливаешь чай или кофе. 🤗👌 Вот это " просто и доступно" 😊 Ваше блюдо замечательное и конечно вкусное👍😊

That looks so good!! And I know it must be delicious because it's very similar to a dish I make. There are a few vegetarians and someone with celiac in my family, so for family potlucks, I started making meat free lasagna, using eggplant slices instead of noodles. It's almost the same as this recipe, except I use feta instead of mozzarella, and I add a few more ingredients into my ricotta. When I first took it to a dinner, some people were apprehensive because they didn't think they would like the eggplant. Now, it's always the dish they request for potlucks.

Seems like a LOT of olive oil! Put those tomatoes in a strainer and leave for a while. Pat the spinach with a paper towel. Eggplant on paper towel. Get rid of all that water

Am an old widower who lives in apartment and hate buying prepared foods but my wife was a great cook and Ll I could do was burn water.
