Singed was using Warwick's regenerative properties to heal and evolve Viktor. Skye was Viktor's remaining humanity and Vander's memories; both burned out in the process.

The funny part is a lot of reactors have said they don't understand Viktor or why he's doing this, but its been there since the start of the series his character flaw that dips into the extreme after everything that happened esp in ep 6 He only comes to the conclusion emotions are the problem at the end of episode 6, it's a very logical progression of his character he's always wanted to help and fix people, and he comes to the conclusion that if people are without individuality or emotions the world would be a happy place, and then possibly decades after he destroys the world he realizes "all that was left is dreamless solitude"

The final scene is a bit confusing, yeah, but what essentially happens is that Vander dies for good due to Viktor combining himself with Warwick to finalise the Hexcore's evolution. Remember, Warwick's regeneration has always been important.

Viktor at first refused to sacrifice Vander’s humanity for his motives but after dealing with a near-death experience and failed to negotiate with Jayce he decides to do it for the glorious evolution.

To clarify a little more, after Jayce donked Viktor, Ambessa sicced her army on Cait and family. Viktor realized the "problem" with humanity was emotions. So now he kinda sees it as "good" to delete emotions, and that is the Glorious Evolution.
