The first time I heard the song I was in second grade in the 80s. I always get choked up when I hear it because she was so beautiful at this time and she sings so incredibly. First video I ever saw of hers, loved her immediately and forever. This is very early in her career and very pre-Bobby. Of note, Bobby was not the one who got her into drugs. She was doing it before she became famous initiated by an older brother. Bobby didn't help, they enabled each other but she made her decisions early on. Regardless, she will be forever missed. Great reaction, guys.

Brother Rick I love you but singing over Ms. Whitney Houston used to be illegal. I've seen a few bar fights bc of it back in the day when she was everywhere. One guy took a bottle to the head when he tried to sing I Will Always Love You while the video was playing on MTV. Pandemonium broke out and 11 people left in ambulances. The cops were looking for the guy who desecrated Whitney's angelic voice but he limped away from the scene when people started protesting by dumping their Bud Lights on the floor. He was never seen again, Rick. Please be careful. Just an 80's guy who was also in love with Whitney trying to warn the younger generations about how we rolled - and sometimes still do. ✌
