Edit: Also when a pro player goes against a mid tier that a person has really put time into and they are not a very used toon, then the MU might be in the mid tier's favor since the counterplay isn't as practiced. i.e. playing 50mil Jokers and knowing the MU but getting clowned by a Bowser Jr. cuz you never play them.

Neutral is not as easy as your making it sound with side b armor. And pika hits HARD luckily there. arent to many pikas

Bowser Jr is the only character in the game that showcases Two different weight classes in the same character model. His karts weight is considered heavy where his own body has a separate light value to it. Whenever Bowser Jr jumps out of the kart he will take the same knock back as if you hit his body, like if you hit the top half of his model when in the kart.
