Hi, Guys! Melmerby Beach holds a lot of childhood memories for those of us who grew up in Pictou County. The water along that shore is generally warm because it is situated on the Northumberland Strait. Beaches on the rest of Nova Scotia’s coastline are open the the broad Atlantic, and never warm up enough to swim until the fall. Love the vlogs!❤️

It would be great if one day you guys could visit Inverness beach! It has done a lot to be accessible to those with mobility issues and unfortunately most beaches do not do this! They have mats for the sand, floating wheelchairs that can be pushed right into the water, ramps etc and I think they should be commended for their efforts! It may also help people find them if they are looking for this kind of beach support! Btw I really enjoy your channel!

We owned a traditional B&B for 18 years and one of the best recommendations for decor and color is that both should be representative of the location you put the tiny house on are in I guess I should say. It would look kind of out of place if you decorated it in a Mexican style like I now do here since we live in Mexico now. So if you have it at a beach, do "Beach" colors and decor or in the mountain's do a woodsy cabin theme and colors. Just make sure you are representing the ares. I am a photographer, so I added pictures of a few of the area's tourist destinations and scenic areas in general as decor. 😁 I know you will do a great job ‼️

What a lovely mini trip. Your vlogs are just so relaxing, I love seeing all the different beaches and lakes. I have to agree with Trevor, the pizzas in CB are the best we have had in Canada (and might even beat some internationally) Anyway looking forward to more adventures and my only suggestion is to keep the colors and textures light and bright in your tiny home as it is always important to give the illusion of more airiness and space . Also do a lot of price comparisons on the outdoor seating area as the price range is huge and not always justified.

In the spot you are parking your tiny home right now, what's your favourite time of day? When does the setting speak to you the most? Figure that out and then take your interior accent colours from that moment. Is it at dawn, sunset, the middle of a bright sunny day, the moody gloom on a rainy day? Just a suggestion for inspiration.

I live in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia. Every day after work this summer. I take my Suzuki GSXR 750 from Cole Harbour, our Lawerencetown Beach road, then out to Musqobobiot and then turn right and drive down that twisty, twisty back road to get to Martinique Beach to have a smoke and watch the waves and surfers for half and hour. After a squal or even a slight storm has gone by offshore, you will lose count trying to figure out just how many people are surfing at Martinique Beach. Psssst: ..... Down at the far, far end of the beach it's a known fact that women have a tendency to not keep their tops on while sunbathing .... don't tell everyone and ruin it though.

PS: Hello nice people! I hope you'll forgive a bit a nationalism from South of our communal border... We just finished celebrating our DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE DAY from the UK and its worldwide empire on 7/4/1776. We missed this last year. The dreaded COVID 19 CORONA VIRUS accomplished what previous plagues and many wars couldn't! A suspension of the annual festivities usually held each year. Somehow we here in N.America have somehow managed to settle our old colonial differences and actually manage to peacefully share this glorious continent together. We and MEXICO as the "rebels" and you folks up in CANADA as the "loyalists" to your monarchs back in the UK. We ALL have much to be proud of in each of our three great nations and yes also much to be remorseful over as well. The main thing, as YOUR national anthem sings out is that we are ALL "GLORIOUS AND FREE". Be well and please keep making your wonderful videos both HOME and abroad. (To us, you know, CANADA is a foreign country. Very familiar in many ways but also VERY exotic too.) Bon Chance mon amis! Good luck "dear friends" and stay well and DELIGHTFUL!

Cold ... you shouldn't be telling people that Crescent Beach is cold ... that's just not fair .... you know very well that you should be saying " MIND NUMBING" ...I don't care what skin color you have, when you come out of that water down there, you are BLUE. You have to cook the lobster longer if caught down there, they are so cold. I lived down there for 6 years and swam in that water for a total of 10 minutes.
