I once also completed 500 push ups in an hour 15m. and I can say its definitely not easy. it takes mental toughness to carry on despite the pain of fatigueness. once I reached 500 I bet against myself to carry on and reminded myself that there is no limit, and managed to get 615. I definitely encourage anyone to do it, it will definitely test your mentality.

Do you know any tips on how to deal with certain teammates who think that they are better than everyone else and don’t like to hang out with the rest of their teammates. Because after all they are part of your team and you need to work well with them to be successful

How does your team accommodate for players with dietary restrictions? For example, (I’m gluten free), so if i was in the team, i wouldn’t have been able to eat the lunch Hartford provided. Do they provide you guys with alternative options?

Hey Matt great video! I have given up a pen in each of my last three games and have been pretty depressed because of it. I feel like I am letting my team down. Defender to defender is there any tips you have to defend in the box so to not give up pens? I really want to improve but am not sure what I’m doing wrong.
@shantiescovedo4361 Жыл бұрын
Stay strong. Sometimes it is just bad luck. Are you over committing? Remember that the greatest defenders only make a tackle as a last resort.
@BrianVang Жыл бұрын
Footwork is most important. Try to stay on your feet and move your feet all the time. Any action in the box.. close your legs and stay in front of the attacker without diving in.

How many calories should i eat per day as 17 years old and 160 pounds soccer player?
@DenisseGarcia09 Жыл бұрын
If you are a male, aim for 2,200-2,500 calories. Female, 1,500-1,800 calories. Consume mostly protein, veggies, and carbohydrates. I recommend consuming lean protein/protein shakes. Eat complex carbohydrates such as whole grains. Instead of white rice, try eating brown rice. As a college athlete, I fill up on protein first, then I focus on easy to digest carbohydrates to fuel my training sessions. Ultimately, it all comes down to what your body needs, like Matt mentioned in his video. Hope this helped.
