I love how the way you train is 100% focused on self-improvement and being the best you can be. It sounds obvious but some people are so focused on the competitive aspect and are always thinking about beating a certain competitor when in reality other people's performances are completely out of your control. By focusing on yourself and controlling what you can you will see the most improvement. Keep up the great work man!

Dude from someone who has been running competitively in Phoenix for years and years, you’re insane lol I’d take the Kansas humidity early in the morning versus it being 90+ degrees at 5 AM here in Phoenix. The constant high temp is far more difficult.

What do you think about whenever you do longer runs? I feel like I'm usually physically able to go out and run five or six miles yet get bored after the first couple miles and it just makes me think about how much more I have to run and even when I know I can push through I end up stopping because of boredom and just don't know what do about it.
