I’ve really struggling right now on my job search. I’ve been a project assistant for almost 3 years & am looking to move into a project coordinator or associate project manager role. I’ve done the all things you mentioned in the video & still few responses. I’m going to try to improve my resume.

You got this! Possibly you may also want to try reaching out to recruiters who will work with you or find a friend/network associate who will put in a referral for you. Lastly, is your current job willing to promote you or give you a chance to try something new?

Is LinkedIn an actual good resource to get hired?

Hi Dave - I actually interviewed a tech recruiter (see here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYWTp4R6Zad_rKs) and she mentioned that most hiring these days is done via LinkedIn. I've also personally used it to connect with recruiters and find open roles. Obviously there are a variety of options, but it definitely seems to be a useful tool that I underutilized in my last job hunt.
