I’m sad to say that I need to move out of my shop and put my tools and some of my equipment into storage. Because of that, I’ll be selling, and giving away some of my shop equipment and auto parts I’ve collected over the years.

I could use any of the items you’ve mentioned but Eric this makes me very sad and depressed to see you have to do this. I’ve been an avid watcher for more than ten years. The days I was in the Marine corps to the days waking up hungover going to college. I really hate to see this happen but you’ll always have my personal support all the way from Houston as I imagine there are many other fans supporting you too.

When you came on youtube and started showing videos, I found out that I actually like that stuff. I was only 18 back then. Since then, I've been to school and worked in multiple euro places. I've been there myself a few times. I was in the same shop for ten years. Had to move. Moved several times and it gets old. Shop space is hard to come by. I just have the minimum equipment now and am a lot happier.

Tip-- if you run into utilities splitting locations again - you can now get smart home monitors for everything including water and gas and pretty easily split by circuit so you can pay an accurate bill. Most are somewhat passive so it's landlord friendly.

Hey Eric, I've been long time viewer but have never thanked you for your inspiration you've given me. I started watching your videos when I got my 2000 Integra GSR and thoroughly enjoyed working on it with your help. The seed was planted once you started posting Element repair videos and yup you guessed right, went out this year and bought a 2003 Honda Element EX. Our best wishes from New Zealand. Sometimes you need a break from the usual, step back, regroup and come out fresh. I know you want to have a break, but if you want to maybe do some 'fireside' type of short videos about cars. Not necessarily on how to repair them, but talk about the auto industry, spareparts and how the manufature and supply has changed over the years. There is a lot we can learn and benefit from these 'edutainments'. Thank you and all the best.
