My favorite sin is the fact that the British girl in the movie claimed to not know how to drive, and to have never driven a vehicle before. She then gets into a semi truck with a manual transmission and magically knows how to use the clutch and manages to get the truck moving in 1st gear without stalling the truck even once.

Number 1 things you should do as a parent when involved with dangerous research/deals. Dont involve any family or friends. But movies already proved me that most of the time its usually a plot point...

The real question in this franchise at this point isn't "How did they survive this?" but rather "Even if they managed to get hit by the mine or fall into the ocean or get a bullet into their heart, would it matter?" I don't know why these movies are trying to pretend they are at any risk of real danger anymore, so might as well make them terminators to explain it all.

The real question is how not half the actors and producers have died on drug overdose? I mean for the love of whatever in the world, you cannot shot this shit without MASSIV use of drugs. Imagine being still sentient when you have to do this... Alternative would be the question the video sets up "why people like this?" Because it ...still takes itself to serious to be pure satire and it is ridicilously bad in everything. 10:25 you say Don’t would know Little Brian is with Brian because he would’ve dropped him off at his house. BUT in the director’s cut, there’s a scene where Mia shows up to pick up Little Brian instead so Dom could come on this mission, in that scene, Dom doesn’t tell Mia what the mission is which is why she says he could’ve told her. So technically Dom doesn’t know that Brian is watching all the kids. Sure he probably would’ve assumed he is since Mia is there and he’s not.

Hopefully ita just 14 to 16 year old boys who still play grand theft auto, and not fully grown adults that go to watch these movies. There was a comment above that I pretty much agree with, that the first movie especially, and maybe up to number 5, were sort of plausible in a "it's a movie so suspend some disbelief" kind of way, they pointed out that in the first one they were almost killed by a single trucker in a big rig with a shotgun, yet from 6 onwards they have turned into some super elite black ops delta squadron who can get out of any scenario.

I am someone who has always loved cars, loved over the top action, and therefore I love Fast and Furious, but it has gotten truly ridiculous. I sat there watching this movie just almost cringing at some of the scenes, and while the attempt to be self aware when Roman was pointing out how they never have a scratch on them, was nice, it was too little, too late. I've been saying for years that they should have ended it after 7. That was when they had the great send-off for Paul Walker, and it was a great movie imo. There was no reason to make 8, 9, or any of the future ones, other than money. Hollywood kills good things in the pursuit of money, and it's sad.

I csn wholeheartedly agree with your sentiment and I respect your opinion but I have to point out that enjoying this franchise (even in its first episode) and complaining that "Hollywood kills good things in the pursuit of money" is, at least to a degree, being part of the problem without realizing it. These movies have always been cringey, exagerated and ridiculous (not to mention retrograde and reactionary) and always were nothing more thant factory-line-assembled products with the sole purpose of making money. Thet got worse in time, granted, but they were always bad.

Remember in the first movie where Dom broke his arm after hitting a truck and flipping? Or in the second movie where Roman broke his arm after their car landed on a yacht. It's amazing how those crashes were less dangerous and resulted in injury, but now the crashes are even more violent and dangerous, and they just walk away like nothing happened. I wonder if Dom became a Terminator in the 20 years between the first movie and this one? I sat in the theater, watching this, thinking how the hell did this franchise go from street racing and crime to now have cars flying in space? This isn't a franchise that has evolved. Most notably, all cliffs have inexplicable ramps, bad guys aren't allowed to hit the good guys, everything is absolutely perfectly timed, and physics only apply when convenient. Not to mention how they butchered their timeline, like does Han die at the start of 7? So does that mean 7 was set in 2006 but made in 2015 or does it mean Tokyo drift was set in 2015 but made in 2006(while they're carrying around phones that were clearly made in 2006). However, her holding on to someone like John cena...no lmao. Quick precise hits and using your opponents momentum is one thing. But pure strength from her size to his size? no. @@chadferguson5304 yup lol. im.basing it off experience I offloading and stupid tjingsngetting tied under the wheels. or driving over a median, and again, something locking up the tires. and beinf a truck driver you honestly don't see much. you just have to.have spatial awareness. knowing where your tires are, where your telrailer is, and the pivot point and where it will.be while.making turns and backing. but the sheer size of this lady and ioh cena...nah. she's not holding. him like that lol

@@agonleed3841 they are both extremely unbeleivable, but physics says the bridge scene is physically impossible. I'm not saying mia holding cena isn't but it's more believable than something literally going against the last of physics lol we would need to know how much she can dead lift and his weight before assuming she can't hold him. We got his weight, I'm js there's women in the olympics that aren't that much bigger than her lifting weight that weigh double than cena. So idk

@@chadferguson5304 nah. deadlift infant ding that. leverage playing a part also. per position...she's going down as well. Simple as that. and I agree the car scenes is stupid crazy. Im.just saying a bridge IS strong enough to.hold a car. the cables whatever they're made of has to.be strong enough as well considering they're holding the bridge and it's load while supporting any shifting. tge most unbelievable part about that unbelievable situation is the fact it let go. Like, if that cable is jammed, it's jammed and not comig.out. HOWEVER what if it snapped for the very reason you xant.believe it held on in the first place. then it's just pure luck and people are lucky. so a mix of skill and luck, no.matter how crazy, I can give it.that because movie. But...still bridge, cable, luck, jamming snapping...fine. it's a movie. ALL the luck in the world came together. now I worked with some strong females in military. and some huge guys who influenced me to workout like bodybuilders. Now, I'm 5'4" and I worked out with guys the size of the rock currently and John Cena. trust me, trying to help someone over the staircase to.heaven obstacle course. The logs, over the walls...even.beinf in shape, someone that big, the leverage you need plays against you. you have to.hold yourself first...whike also having leverage, then also using all of that to help the other person. whe was definitely getting pulled down. I still said, "eh...movie. let it go" but it was definitely in the mindset also of "cmon now. the bridge thing...OK. This? I don't know..not a lot to.work with here" I tend to come up with excuses for movies. To me, I WANT to enjoy movies so I'll come up with anything that can be somewhat realistic even if it requires a great deal of luck. it's a.movie, that's the point. things come together for success. But I need the resources for that luck situation.

Fast and Furious needs to end with a time travelling Delorean, racing through time to go back and make changes to the first movie, so that the rest of them never happens.

The funniest thing in this bloated travesty of cartoon physics and mumble talking, at least to me, is that Vin Diesal said, “ Well John Cena may be taller than me now but my younger actor will be a foot taller than his younger actor so take that.”

I'm in no way defending this piece of shit but it is a fact that many younger siblings can end up being taller than their older siblings. That's the only logical thing that makes sense in this movie and I've never seen this movie outside of watching this video. What I want to know is why, just why people are you letting them continue to make this type of garbage?!?!? Well I know why they are continuing because it's now a cash cow for them but still. It no longer makes sense because it can't keep the same fucking plot it seems when every new movie comes out. The movie was supposed to be about cars and racing. That's why the first movie was and still is the best out of this shitty franchise. Just stop already! Just stop!!!

@@sarahprince2412 They said they’ll stop at Fast 10. But pretty sure that doesn’t mean the spinoffs like Hobbs and Shaw won’t exist. I’d assume they’d also plan for a TV show, which means we’ll get tortured by this every week.

There's always an extremely cool moment in a Vin Diesel movie, like the truck magnet. I am sure that he comes up with that moment first then builds a movie around it and doesn't care if the final product is meh or not.
