Sea of Monsters itself was a good movie, but the concept makes me hate everything about it. They did books 2 and 5. NOTHING ELSE! They skipped 3 and 4, which had scenes that would be AMAZING IN MOVIES, and even fucked up book 5. They could at least keep the massive war from book 5.

In Marvel, The Devil is actually Mephisto and Mephisto creates Demons to do his bidding in HIS realm. Which is a common depiction of what we would call HELL. But in Marvel all dead souls go to Lady Death, not Mephisto. Also Mephisto can't leave his dimension permanently without dying, so he creates a copy of himself that doesn't age, who actually looks more like blackheart in this movie, than the old guy depicting him. Also Also, demons can't escape there dimension without Dr. Strange or the Ghost Rider, Mephisto can't get a demon out of his dimension. In the comics blackheart got out of Mephisto's dimension thanks to Dormammu and his dimension crossing over to Mephisto's dimension. In the gap he fled, and then was stuck with Dormammu until Dormammu crossed into Earth's dimension.

One thing about that movie was that who and how did somebody get such an idea? Sharks in a tornado? That movie even defies the laws of logic and common sense! Example: sharks need water and must swim non-stop under water to stay alive, even small grains of water isn't enough for oxygen, if they followed that rule of life, the movie would've been called Deadsharknado (a tornado full of dead sharks) still cheesy but at least follows the laws of nature. But meh....still is a bad movie.

I always thought ghost rider was more badass than hulk. Hulk is a green-ass brute with indestructible pants. Ghost rider is similar with the need to conquer their power, yet ghost rider beats the devil. He also rides a motorcycle while on fire. And half skeleton.

I think that, rather than the Ghost Riders only having a certain number of transformations like you said, they only have enough power to transform a certain number of times, with the power they have to transform going down over the years. So since Slade was around 180 (assuming he was 30 when he turned against Mephisto) he only had enough of the Ghost Rider's power left after the 150 years to change one more time.
