And 3) as a natural blonde aged 45, I have both yellow and white hairs and some of the white hairs in particular, which are mostly in my facial hair, have a tendency to become infected due to folliculitis, or infected hair follicles. I literally have sores with white hairs growing out of them. Of course, these sores are not white themselves. Mostly. But when they get infected, it can be pretty deep. Some of these hairs are really long underneath the skin. By Leviticus definitions, I'd probably be considered unclean just from my acne and hair color alone. When you think about it, God is kind of a jerk. Remember why Aaron had to go with Moses to see Pharoah? Moses has a speech impediment that God doesn’t heal and needed Aaron to do the talking. Later, after they flee Egypt, God gives Moses lots of laws that Moses has to verbally relay. By himself. In Lev 10 two of Aaron’s sons are burned to death for not obeying these arcane laws perfectly. I wonder if the speech impediment could have been a factor in this violation. No one can understand what uncle Moses has to say. No wonder Aaron tagged along this time to get the holy message.

Nope, benign tumors are a thing. A tumor is just a growth or swelling of undefined origin. Usually you would not describe a swollen lymph node due to an infection as a tumor, but it would be. Most times a tumor is a growth that persists. A benign tumor has a slow growth rate, can be clearly distinguished from surrounding tissue (e.g by a capsule), is made up of homogene tissue, has a low cell count, a low mutation rate and is not spreading. A malign tumor is...the opposite.

@@halebopp4747 I'm honestly too old to have learned much of anything about the bible from anyone on youtube, but I also never cared enough about it to ask for help deciphering its meaning from any source, be it a person or a book. I have on many occasions been exhorted to read it, because people thought it would change my life, so I did some reading. I thought about what I read, and came to conclusions that made sense to me. I saw genesis as something of a story of how we got to where we are now, from where we started, with a not so hidden explanation of how we were "designed" to be... which everyone completely ignored. I looked at the early books of the old testament and saw a whole bunch of rules that actually sort of make sense for a community of desert nomads with limited access to resources that we take for granted, but also the description of a god that finds the smell of burning flesh to be sweet, and who revels in animal sacrifice, which as a life long vegetarian is horrific to me. As a heroic-mythic record of a people from thousands of years ago, the bible makes sense to me, but it definitely doesn't describe a deity that I would worship even if I had absolute proof of its existence. So please don't just assume you know my story because you read a couple of sentences I wrote.

Why did God design our bodies to be so susceptible to all of these diseases in the first place?
@jeanine2193 жыл бұрын
No intelligent design, and no intelligent designer. Instead evolution and natural selection has been proven in all levels of science, including mitochondrial DNA tracing, genome studies between species, archeology, paleontology, zoology, biology, etc. But the anti evolution movement is strongly offended by the Theory of Evolution, and this is because it does not prop up their delusional machinations that: 1)The human is "designed" in the image of gods. 2) The human is loved by a creator of the universe, who is obsessed with obtaining their praise and worship. 3) The human is followed around by the creator of the universe, who performs magic tricks on their behalf, in order to bless them. 4) The human body is just a shell for their internal spirit/ghost that will survive for infinity. Just as a caterpillar in a cocoon, they will become like a butterfly , and upon shedding of their cocoon, be levitated up and away to live with their god(s) of choice in a pleasure paradise for infinity. 5) But conversely, they preach that most other humans that have ever walked the earth, and don't believe exactly as they did, will become like a butterfly also, but they will fly away to eternal torture and torment in a lake of fire, by this same god.

Of course, the biblie is passed off as the one and only word of gawd so that makes the repetition nonsensical and boring.
