Nice video. I always saw the loss of powers as mental more than actually being lost though. Just like a hypochondriac, they actually aren't sick, but can still exhibit symptoms. He is still just as strong and capable, he just basically wills himself to ignore or not utilize the powers he has. Vision can be blurred with lack of focus, you can ignore a spider sense, but your durability/general strength isn't something you can turn off. Sure you can choose not lift heavy things, or not try, but him falling it will still impact as much as normal Spider-Man

That needed to be sinned way more than it was. There is no elevated train in downtown NY that goes West to East like they did. Even if there was, why were there no stations? Why did that track just terminate at the end by the FDR? New Yorkers would have had that entire scene online in seconds even though it was early 2000's, not to mention Doc Ock would have gotten jumped quickly. Spider-Man's identity would have been revealed immediately. There's more to sin like, where did the people Peter caught go?

3:02 A) It was established in the first film that in this universe, crazy awesome scientific inventions are a REGULAR thing. Norman wasn't the only one to create a super suit, remember? Lots of bidders wanted to get in on that military contract and made exo-suits etc. So I am pretty sure bionic machinery is just way more common in this universe, probably not at all as huge a deal as a endless renewable energy. Also, you totally dismissed the fact that the entire audience reacts to Otto having the arms inject his back when NONE of them can actually see it happening. That's a sin if I ever did see one.

Yeah the Spider-Man trilogy was with me since I was a kid. My dad had the trilogy on DVD. Anyways No matter what you say this movie will be one of my fav movies of all time. Still loved the video though.

SgtSupaman I never said there weren’t any nitpicks in the older videos. But there certainly used to be far less of those. The channel has always been about criticism, whether it’s pointing out glaring errors, inconsistencies, or even trivial details that not many cared about (hence, the nitpicking). However, they still managed to make sensible points and observations and presented them humorously. The newer videos simply aren’t as funny and come across as obnoxious and querulous, not to mention the fact that they’re too drawn out.

Maybe the content is the same, and it's just that you've been watching so long you're now starting to notice the flaws in the show because as far as i can tell the content is pretty similair, personally i love cinema sins but i tend to avoid the channel for a couple months then come back and watch all the new epsiodes or i get sick of the format and nitpicky comedy thats great in small doses

Sin 22 at 2:50 is actually meant to be that way, it was set up so that in the next movie(but disagreements on the next film stopped it from continuing) The wrestling announcer/doorman was mysterio this whole time and he would be the next villain.

@2:37 The Spidey Sense is actually dependent on Peter's self-awareness and how attuned he is to something coming after him. He's not gonna pay attention to cop sirens unless he thinks he's going to be in danger. When the sounds got louder, he reached out with his Spidey Sense and moved accordingly. That is not a sin of being 'blissfully' unaware, just waiting too long to actually do something about it.

@@toon4416 also a little late, but I have to argue with every sin given for Peter's Spidey-sense not working. Obviously a large part of the plot revolves around him losing his powers. His SS is simply the first to start going awry, and I can't believe how many people don't get that.
