Thanks so much for all of the information, even though I bake a lot but this was a good refresher course. I have to admit I’m a Tweaker sometimes before baking a recipe been lucky so far. But when I give it to my sister I gave her the original then she gets mad because he doesn’t turn out like mine, so now she ask for my sidenote (tweaked).🥰
